Omniaifin offers subscription-based access to our AI financial intelligence platform. This policy outlines your rights regarding cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan is available at no cost with no payment required. No refund process applies to the Free plan.
3. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
4. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
- Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
5. Refund Eligibility
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the initial charge.
- Refund requests submitted after 7 days of the initial charge are not eligible for a refund.
- Subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
- Annual plan refunds: A prorated refund may be issued within 14 days of the annual billing date at our discretion.
- Free trial periods (where applicable) are not eligible for refunds.

- Charges for months already used or accessed.
- Add-on services consumed prior to cancellation.
