By accessing or using Omniaifin ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to all users including free, paid, and enterprise subscribers.
2. Description of Service
Omniaifin is an AI-powered financial intelligence platform designed for banking institutions, currency exchange companies, and money transfer operators (MTOs). The platform provides AI chat assistance, document knowledge-base management, and role-based workspace access.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform.
- You must represent a legitimate financial institution, business, or be an authorised individual.
- Use of the platform for illegal or fraudulent financial activities is strictly prohibited.
4. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One account per individual user. Sharing accounts is prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive financial activity.
- Upload documents containing malware, viruses, or malicious code.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract AI models or data.
- Use the platform to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
- Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the platform.
6. AI Disclaimer
Important: Omniaifin AI provides general financial information and assistance based on your uploaded documents and general knowledge. It does not constitute regulated financial advice, legal advice, or investment recommendations. Always consult a qualified financial advisor or legal professional for critical decisions.
7. Intellectual Property
- The Omniaifin platform, branding, and software are owned by Omniaifin and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Documents you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant Omniaifin a limited licence to process them for AI responses within your workspace.
- AI-generated responses are provided for your use but Omniaifin makes no claim to their accuracy or completeness.
8. Payment & Billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniaifin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or business interruption.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. You may terminate your account at any time.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via email.
