1. Nature of Service

Omniaifin is a 100% digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. There are no physical products, shipments, or deliveries involved. All services are delivered electronically via our web platform at omniaifin.com.

2. Service Activation

  • Free Plan: Activated immediately upon account registration.
  • Paid Plans: Activated instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of activation.

3. Service Availability

Omniaifin targets 99.5% uptime on a monthly basis. Our platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without advance notice to protect system integrity.
  • AI response availability depends on OpenAI's API uptime, which is outside our direct control.

4. Service Delivery Channels

  • Web Browser: Full platform access via any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).
  • API Access: Available on Enterprise plans for integration with your existing systems.
  • Document Processing: Uploaded documents are processed and indexed within 1–5 minutes depending on file size.

6. Support Response Times

  • Free Plan: Email support — response within 5 business days.
  • Starter / Professional: Email support — response within 2 business days.
  • Enterprise: Priority support — response within 4 business hours.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the platform with reasonable notice. Significant changes affecting paid subscribers will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
